Baseball’s back!

Former Army Staff Sgt. Clinton Romesha, who received the Medal of Honor for leading a counterattack to secure remote Combat Outpost Keating in Afghanistan in 2009, threw out the first pitch to open the season for the Washington Nationals April, 1.

Romesha is one of only four living recipients to receive the award.  Our reporter on the scene said that Romesha’s first pitch bounced in front of home plate.
